Questions

How do I restore Wild Batch Pro on a new phone?

Open Settings in the app, tap "See the plans", then "Restore a purchase". Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Wild Batch. Cancelling at least a day before the period ends stops the next charge. What you have logged stays yours.

Where are my records kept?

On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you are signed in. There is no Wild Batch account, and we cannot see them.

Will my records move to a new phone?

Yes, if iCloud is on. Sign in to the same Apple Account on the new phone, install Wild Batch, and they return. Settings in the app shows when your records were last saved to iCloud.

Can I keep a copy outside the app?

Yes. In the app's Settings, under iCloud, tap "Export your records". Photos are not included in the file.

My reminders are not arriving.

Check that notifications are allowed for Wild Batch in your iPhone's Settings, and that a Focus is not silencing them.

What does the photo scan do?

It sends one photo you choose to be read, and tells you what the photo shows and how that compares with the recipe's step. It cannot smell, taste or measure, and it is not a safety test. It is not offered for canning, cured meat or distilling.

A recipe looks wrong.

Tell us which recipe and what you saw at support@wildbatch.app. Every recipe's figures were checked against published sources, and we correct mistakes.
