The recipes
The recipes and calculators are provided for information. Fermenting, canning, curing and brewing carry real risks when instructions are not followed. Read each recipe's warnings, follow tested procedures exactly, and when in doubt, throw it out. The laws on home brewing and distilling differ by country; check the law where you live.
